Binary options are a UK scam now being marketed to US novices.

Binary options are NOT an investment, just silly amateur speculation. Wide spreads. Mostly unregulated. No professional investor would ever waste time on such nonsense.

Do not deal with any unregulated firm! If you’re going to do something dumb, at least try to protect yourself from theft.

UK: Only deal with firms registered with the FSA

US: Check any firm with the CFTC

To start with, trading is not ever effortless. If common choices are difficult, then special choices are even worse due to much more difficult pricing mechanism and rules. Binary options are either win or lose all of it type of choice with a fixed payout and a constant loss. Binay options are all-or-nothing options. It is a kind of trading that the possible profit or loss is known in advance.

In trading binary options, you basically make a financial bet that the price of a specified financial asset- stocks, currencies, commodities and indices will either go up or down. You make a yes/no bet on the price of an asset.

Binary options pride in its simplicity and easy of trade, making it ideal for beginner traders. They are traded mostly on secured and user-friendly web-based platforms.

Since all of the trading activities are done online, it’s attracted a lot of scam in the industry.

Just like every other trade, binary trading is also risky, so make sure you do a thorough research before investing your money with any website.
