The deadliest terror attack in Pulwama District, Jammu and Kashmir. The report says 40 CMRF heroes died in this incident and more jawans injured.
In the Jammu and Kashmir to Srinagar national highway, a team of Central Reserve Police Force (CMRF) was travelling in an Army vehicle carrying more than 100 kg of explosive materials. At the time a Jaish suicide bomber crashed the bus and it collapsed. 18 security forces died on the spot.
Within a short time, the death rate increased to 40. It is one of the deadliest attack done by a Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammed terror group. With the help of a suicide bomber and from a distance of 20 km from Srinagar, they attacked the vehicles, officials said. This attack happened exactly at 3.15 PM in Latoomode, Awantipora.
The Police find the suicide bomber named as Adil Ahmed. He had joined the Jaish group in the year 2018. Officials said that he drove a vehicle from the opposite side with over 300 kg of explosives and bumped the bus. He also added no CRPF personnel were survived from the bus.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned the terrorist attack and said that ‘The sacrifices of our brave personnel shall not go in vain’.

All the leaders of the country have expressed condolences to the soldiers who lost their lives. The Indian Army is taking a serious discussion and will take severe action to retaliate the attack.
